We ship anywhere in South Africa. Each order is custom made and packed with love, so please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and delivered. We have multiple payment options to choose from. We accept all major credit cards, instant payment and EFT payment. Note that all prices on our site are listed in ZAR and are vat inclusive. Our shipping rates are fixed and affordable based on the selected courier method, the rates are shown during checkout. We only use convenient shipping methods; you don't have to worry about missing your delivery. We use Pick Up, Drop Off (PUDO); a smart lockers system where you can receive your parcel in a locker at the location of your choice. Check locker near you here: https://www.pudo.co.za/where-to-find-us.php The lockers are accessible by a unique pin & QR code that will be sent to you when your parcel arrives at the locker. PUDO lockers are open 24/7, day and night at selected locations, so you can visit them when it’s convenient for you. Packages not collected within 36 hours following the notification will be sent back to the closest PUDO Kiosk/Depot. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of your order once you've received the tracking details. Add an additional two days for delivery to outlying areas. The second courier method we use is PAXI. PAXI is a store-to-store parcel service powered by PEP. Orders can be collected across South Africa at a PAXI point in every PEP, PEP home, PEP cell and Shoe City stores during their selected business hours. Collect at your parcel at the chosen PAXI Point using your Proof of Identity (ID, passport or driver's license) and the collection PIN you received via SMS. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery of orders from the day you receive your tracking details. We also make use of PostNet courier services. The parcel can be collected at any PostNet of your choice, orders take 2-3 working days for delivery. Please allow 1 extra delivery day for outlying areas. An SMS will be sent to you when your parcel arrives at your selected PostNet. Please ensure that you provide us with the correct information and details when placing your order.
